 Kenton is out of favour at Leicester |
Leeds have signed defender Darren Kenton from Leicester City on an initial month's loan. Leeds want the 29-year-old to provide cover at right-back following Rui Marques' departure to join the Angolan squad for the Africa Cup of Nations.
"He (Kenton) is surplus to requirments at the moment at Leicester," Leeds' assistant manager Dave Bassett told the club's website.
"He's a Rui Marques-type defender and provides us with important cover."
