Leeds assistant boss Dave Bassett cited inadequacies at both ends of the field for their 2-1 home defeat by Bury in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy. "We started well and got the goal but we defended two corners poorly and they managed to score," he said.
"We pride ourselves on not conceding goals like that.
"We had 19 efforts - they had five. Their keeper made some good saves but if we'd have been more clinical it would have helped."
