Leeds goalkeeper Casper Ankergren has been named as League One's player of the month for September. Ankergren conceded just one goal in Leeds' five league games during the month, in a 1-1 draw with Gillingham.
It marks a September double for Leeds, whose boss Dennis Wise won the manager of the month award.
The other contenders for the award were Southend's on-loan Leon Clarke, Leyton Orient's Tamika Mkandawire and Nottingham Forest's Junior Agogo.
