Northern Ireland striker David Healy has been appointed Leeds United captain until the end of the season as regular skipper Jonathan Douglas is suspended. Midfielder Douglas has to serve a five-match ban following his dismissal at Colchester on Monday.
Dennis Wise's side lost that match 2-1 and have slipped back into the bottom two in the Championship.
Leeds, who have just four matches to save themselves from relegation, are at home to Burnley on Saturday.
