Leeds United midfielder Shaun Derry has signed a two-year contract extension to keep him at Elland Road until 2009. The 28-year-old has started his second full season with the club after moving from Crystal Palace in February 2005.
The much-travelled player has also previously played for Nottingham Forest, Notts County, Portsmouth and Sheffield United.
He is now expected to make his 50th Championship appearance for United at Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday evening.
