Ellis is not staying on at Elland Road |
Leeds have parted company with assistant boss Sam Ellis by mutual consent after his contract at Elland Road expired. The former Lincoln manager joined Leeds from Burnley in 2004 and has helped boss Kevin Blackwell revive fortunes.
Blackwell told the Leeds website: "Sam has been with us for two seasons and has been instrumental in helping build the club back up from the ruins.
"He has done a fantastic job and he leaves with our thanks."
