Kilmarnock midfielder Craig Bryson has signed a contract extension to keep him at the club until 2013.
The 22-year-old, who has scored two league goals this season, joined Killie from Clyde in January 2007.
"It's a three-year extension to the deal that I'm on just now. The gaffer took a chance on me from Clyde so it's good to repay him," said Bryson.
Bryson has scored seven goals in 41 appearances since moving to the Scottish Premier League outfit.
The midfielder said he was enjoying his football at Rugby Park and was happy his future at the club had been secured.
"I really enjoy it at Kilmarnock so I'm happy to be here and sign for that length of time," said Bryson.
"It was in my last contract that after I had played a certain amount of games it would be re-negotiated."
Kilmarnock chairman Michael Johnson said Bryson was an important member of the Kilmarnock squad and predicted he would get better.
"This is great news for the club and its supporters who have really taken to Craig and his incisive midfield play," said Johnston.
"He has scored vital goals for us this season and I'm confident that he'll continue to improve and be a key component in our team in the years ahead."
