Kilmarnock manager Jim Jefferies has urged Walter Smith to hand striker Kris Boyd his international chance in the Scotland Future team against Poland. "Kris is now the highest goalscorer in the SPL, which is great for a club like Kilmarnock," said Jefferies after Boyd's double in the win at Livingston.
"Whether he is right for a full international cap, I am not so sure.
"But there is a Future game coming up at Rugby Park, so what better chance than to give him a try."
