Guinan initially joined Forest Green on loan from Northampton in November
Kidderminster Harriers have made a triple swoop to bolster their ranks with a striker and two midfielders.
Ex-Hereford and Cheltenham forward Steve Guinan, 35, has agreed a one-year contract at Aggborough following his release by Forest Green Rovers.
Harriers have also given a one-year contract to FC Halifax Town midfielder Scott Phelan, 23.
Former Manchester United trainee, James Cresswell, 18, joins on non-contract terms after his release by Walsall.
Guinan began his career as a trainee with Nottingham Forest and his other former clubs include Plymouth and Northampton.
He is a really good prospect and he has the chance to prove himself here
Harriers boss, Steve Burr, on James Cresswell
Boss Steve Burr said: "We're pleased to have got him. We've agreed a deal that suits both parties and we're looking forward to working with him and know what he will bring to the dressing room."
Phelan is a product of the Everton youth system and made 16 appearances for Bradford City before joining Halifax who he helped secure two promotions in three seasons.
Cresswell left the Saddlers this month.
Burr said: "We've watched Jack in exit trials and have been extremely impressed with him.
"From what we've seen, he is a really good prospect and he has the chance to prove himself here.
"Scotty, meanwhile, is a lad I've followed since his days at Everton and he has made tremendous progress."
