Kidderminster Harriers manager Mark Yates says he is doing everything to get his team back to winning ways. He kept the players locked in for over an hour after Tuesday's 3-1 Setanta Shield defeat by Rushden & Diamonds to "clear the air".
Yates told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "I'm not stupid, but we put ourselves under pressure, I'm here to do a job, and will, to the best of my ability."
Harriers are without a win in six games and have lost their last three.
