Kidderminster Harriers manager Mark Yates has signed a new two-year contract at Aggborough.

Assistant boss Neil Howarth has also agreed a deal running until June, 2009.

The pair, who were appointed in January 2006, have been rewarded for reversing the club's fortunes since relegation from the Football League in 2005.

Chairman Barry Norgrove told the Kidderminster Shuttle: "I'm pleased for them. They are local lads who have done an excellent job since taking over."
