Ipswich Town winger Jaime Peters scored his first senior goal for Canada as they drew 2-2 against Panama in Fort Lauderdale, United States on Wednesday.
The 21-year-old - who came on as a ninth-minute substitute - headed home after 20 minutes.
Canada start their World Cup qualifying campaign with a two-legged tie against St Vincent and the Grenadines in Kingstown on 15 June.
The home leg will be played five days later in Montreal.
