Ipswich have confirmed that they have made a second bid to try and secure the services of Plymouth Argyle midfielder David Norris. The 26-year-old, has also been linked with Leicester City, who are managed by former Argyle boss Ian Holloway.
Ipswich boss Jim Magilton told his club's website: "It's a good offer but I don't know if Plymouth want to sell."
Meanwhile Ipswich will not offer a deal to midfielder Ricardo Fernandez, 29, who spent a week training with them.
