Ipswich Town midfielder Owen Garvan has vowed to learn from the red card he received in Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Leicester City. The 19-year-old was dismissed for the first time in his career midway through the second-half for a two-footed lunge on City's Levi Porter.
"I am really disappointed to have lost my discipline and I will make sure it doesn't happen again," he said.
Garvan will now miss Ipswich's FA Cup clash with Watford through suspension.
