Ipswich are giving a trial to Charlie Sheringham, the son of former England striker Teddy. The 16-year-old appeared for the youth team in a 1-0 away win against Arsenal on Saturday.
Meanwhile, reserve team coach Steve McCall has told Pablo Counago the only way to return to the first team is to perform well for the second string.
But McCall warned: "He might have to be patient because the first team are scoring goals and winning games."
