Tyler is due to sign for the Tigers on a month's loan on Friday with a view to a permanent deal.

The 30-year-old has made almost 500 appearances for Peterborough but recently lost his place to record signing Joe Lewis.

Hull goalkeeper Matt Duke, 30, is currently recovering from an operation to remove a testicular tumour.
