Folan becomes Hull's record signing at �1m

BBC Radio Humberside reports that the 24-year-old Folan has signed a three-year contract at the KC Stadium.

Folan spent a month on loan with the Tigers in 2001, but without making a first-team start.

Wigan paid Chesterfield �500,000 for Folan in the January transfer window, and he scored two goals in nine Premier League starts.
