 Windass helped Hull avoid relegation after returning on loan |
Veteran striker Dean Windass, 38, has finally completed his move across Yorkshire from Bradford to Hull, and has signed a two-year contract. The 38-year-old returns to the Tigers for an initial fee of �150,000 which could eventually rise to �250,000, depending on appearances.
Windass spent four years at Hull between 1991 and 1995, and returned on loan from Bradford for last season.
He has scored a total of 65 goals in 194 league appearances for Hull.
Having joined Bradford for the second time in 2003, he leaves Valley Parade with a total of 75 goals in 216 appearances across two spells.
He has also played for Aberdeen, Oxford, Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United.
