Hull City have recalled striker Jon Parkin from his loan spell at Stoke to aid their fight against the drop. Parkin returns to Hull after scoring three times in his last three games to help Stoke stay in play-off contention at the other end of the Championship.
Tigers boss Phil Brown triggered a clause in Parkin's loan deal which let Hull bring Parkin back immediately in the second month of his loan spell.
Parkin, 25, had moved to Stoke to regain his form and fitness.
