Livermore seals shock Hull switch
David Livermore
Livermore spent less than a fortnight as a Leeds United player
Hull have signed Leeds midfielder David Livermore - less than a fortnight after he left Millwall to join Leeds, reports BBC Radio Humberside.

The 26-year-old had moved to Elland Road for 400,000, but now switches to the Tigers for an undisclosed fee, and has signed a two-year contract.

"I only signed for Leeds on 22 July," he told Hull's website.

"But I was informed yesterday that they had accepted an offer from Hull. I met the manager and was really impressed."

A statement issued by Leeds read: "At the time of signing David, Kevin Nicholls and another potential midfield target weren't available to us.

"We then managed to acquire Kevin and things have now opened up on another target.

"With everyone fit, David is unlikely to play - so when the opportunity came up for him to talk to Hull, we gave him that choice."
