![]() | Tuesday, 20 November, 2001, 17:48 GMT Alexander 'the Great' Hull striker Lawrie Dudfield has hailed his Tigers team-mate Gary Alexander after their free-scoring start to the season. The prolific pair have hit 24 goals between them so far and Dudfield feels there is plenty more to come. Dudfield, who joined the Tigers for 250,000 during the summer, told the Hull Daily Mail: "Gary's great to play with up front. "In many ways, he's everything I'm not in that he's strong, direct and very good in the air. "He's been scoring most of the goals but I've got my strengths as well and the important thing is we work well together. "We're delighted with the way things are going this season and we feel that with time, our combination will only get better." | Internet links: The BBC is not responsible for the content of external internet sites Other top Hull City stories: Links to more Hull City stories are at the foot of the page. | ||
