Huddersfield have signed goalkeeper Nick Colgan on a month-long loan from Blue Square Bet Premier side Grimsby.
The 37-year-old veteran joins as cover for Alex Smithies, who is currently out of action with a leg injury.
Colgan, an ex-Republic of Ireland international, will go straight into the Terriers squad to face Southampton.
Town boss Lee Clark told the club website: "With Alex sidelined it is sensible planning to bring a keeper of Nick's experience to the club."
