Huddersfield Town defender Nathan Clarke makes comeback

Nathan Clarke
Clarke has yet to play in the first team this season due to the injury

Huddersfield Town centre-back Nathan Clarke made a successful comeback from his knee injury in Tuesday night's 2-0 win over non-league Wakefield FC.

The defender has not featured this season, but played 69 minutes and came through unscathed.

Town fielded three trialists in the match: ex Spurs defender Anton Blackwood, Laurence Geoghan and French striker Odilion.

Town won the game thanks to a strike from Shane Birtles and an own goal.
