 Worthington has played a key role in Huddersfield's promotion push |
Huddersfield midfielder Jonathan Worthington has been named as League One's player of the month for February. The 22-year-old scored in victories over Colchester and Milton Keynes as the Terriers won three, drew one and lost one of their five league games.
Peter Jackson's side are now holding on to second place in the table, six points behind leaders Southend.
The other contenders for the award were Southend striker Shaun Goater and Port Vale keeper Mark Goodlad.
