Histon striker Danny Mills says he is enjoying a new lease of life at the Blue Square Bet Premier club.
The 19-year-old, on loan from Peterborough United, has found success playing in a wide role under Stutes boss David Livermore.
He told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "This season I'm playing a new position, at right midfield.
"If I'm being honest when I go back to Peterborough I'd like to play there, I'm adapting to it and I'm learning."
Mills was a stand-out performer on Saturday when Histon succumbed to big spenders Crawley Town, the club where he started his career.
"One of the main things to do is to get at the full-back and I think I did that," he said.
We're a young side, a bit inexperienced, everyone probably thinks we are going to be the whipping boys

"It gave me confidence, especially playing against your former club, you always want to do well against them."
Livermore's men have been regarded as relegation candidates following a summer of upheaval and uncertainty, but Mills believes they can prove a few doubters wrong.
"We're a young side, a bit inexperienced, everyone probably thinks we are going to be the whipping boys," he added.
"I think we've shown to a lot of people out there that we're not.
"Since the new manager's come in he's given us freedom to play and I think that suits us better."
