Anthony Stokes escapes ban for tackle on Landry N'Guemo
Marc-Antoine Fortune confronts Stokes after his challenge on N'Guemo
Hibernian striker Anthony Stokes has been charged with "unsporting behaviour of a reckless and dangerous nature" for a challenge on Celtic's Landry N'Guemo.
But the Irishman has not been issued with a ban by the Scottish Football Association for the late tackle in Celtic's 3-2 home league win in April.
Stokes, 21, has had three points added to his disciplinary record to take his tally to 12, thus avoiding suspension.
The challenge was missed by match referee Stephen Finnie.
However, N'Guemo's team-mates reacted angrily and the SFA's TV review panel referred the incident to the association's disciplinary committee.
The Republic of Ireland international was originally charged with "misconduct of a significantly serious nature".
But Stokes argued his case in person at a Hampden hearing on Tuesday and had the offence reduced to a less serious charge.
