English midfielder Antonio Murray is to be offered a new contract after just five appearances for Hibernian. The 20-year-old's present contract ends in the summer.
But Hibs manager Tony Mowbray is keen to hold on to Murray, who joined from Ipswich Town in January, and hopes to begin negotiations shortly.
Meanwhile, Saturday's Scottish Cup tie against St Mirren at Easter Road is close to being a sell-out, with only 1500 tickets remaining unsold.
