Hereford United goalkeeper Wayne Brown has left the club to join League Two side Bury on a two-year deal.

Brown moves to Gigg Lane after rejecting terms at Edgar Street and offers from other League Two sides.

The 31-year-old played 132 times for the Bulls after initially joining on a season-long loan from Chester.

Manager Graham Turner told the Bulls wesbite:"We would like to thank Wayne for his contribution, he has performed outstandingly."
