Hereford United defender Richard Rose says his side's defensive work in training is paying off.

The Bulls, who beat Wycombe 1-0 at Edgar Street on Saturday, have moved back into the top three in League Two after winning their last three games.

Rose told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "The last couple of weeks we've been doing a lot of defensive work.

"You can see that it's paid off because we've kept three clean sheets in the last three games which is excellent."
