Turner hopes former Bulls player Paul Parry gets a warm welcome |
Hereford United manager Graham Turner is hoping former player Paul Parry receives a warm welcome on Sunday. Parry is now at Cardiff City and will return to Edgar Street for the FA Cup fourth round tie.
"He gave us terrific service and we got a substantial fee for him," Turner told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"He did very well at this club, the highlight was when he hit the post against Leicester when they were flying in the Premiership."
Throughout the season the Bulls boss has focussed on how his team approaches their games rather than concentrating on the opposition and he says he will do the same for Sunday.
"We've got to play out of our skins, there's no doubt about that.
"We've got to have everybody right on top of their game and hope that Cardiff are slightly below it."
Hereford skipper Ben Smith accepts his side will start as clear underdogs but he says this has been the case in the last three rounds.

"We know that they've got some really good players.
"There are the likes of Steve McPhail, who is a cultured midfielder while they've got Jimmy Floyd [Hasselbaink] who has played at the top level and Joe Ledley who is highly rated.
"If they come with their A-game then they'll probably beat us but if they don't I think that we've got half a chance."
