Pressley rues draw to Dunfermline
Steven Pressley
Pressley has presided over off-field turmoil at Tynecastle
Hearts captain Steven Pressley was disappointed at more dropped home points after a 1-1 draw with Dunfermline at Tynecastle.

After another eventful week at the club, he said: "We started the game well and played some positive football.

"It was disappointing to lose a goal in the second half and, out of our last two home games we've only claimed one point which isn't good enough.

"We have to credit Dunfermline though, as they've had a tough week as well."

Andrius Velicka opened the scoring for the Edinburgh side, but the Fifers rallied and Jim Hamilton's goal was enough to earn a point for the Pars.

With Hearts' owner Vladimir Romanov threatening to sell the players if they didn't win the game, and Pressley issuing a statement on "unrest" within the squad, the game was played amid a backdrop of controversy.

And Pressley - who refused to be drawn further on Friday's statement - added: "These are games we must win, so it's very disappointing for us.

"Now we have to raise ourselves for a hard game at Celtic Park next week."
