Hayes & Yeading have signed QPR defender Ed Harris, Aldershot keeper Clark Masters and Bath City midfielder Andrejs Stolcers.
Harris, 19 has agreed to join the Blue Square Premier side on loan until the end of the season.
Harris joined QPR in August 2007 but is still to make his first team debut for the Championship outfit.
Masters, 22, has joined Hayes after Aldershot agreed to release him, while Stolcers is a former Latvia player.
Meanwhile on-loan striker Steve Basham has been given the all-clear after he was stretchered off with a neck injury during Saturday's defeat by Rushden.
