Hamilton Academical manager Billy Reid and striker Richard Offiong have been rewarded for the club's emphatic early lead in the Scottish First Division. Reid has been named manager of the month for August in Division One by league sponsors Irn Bru.
And Offiong has been named top player in the Scottish Football League.
Four wins during August have helped Hamilton to a four-point lead, while they also progressed through two rounds of the CIS Insurance Cup.
Offiong scored six goals during August and has followed that up with another two more in a 3-0 win away to Partick Thistle.
