"I won't tolerate the indiscipline that he showed. I followed the ball so didn't see the incident," Wilder said.

"The ref said he stamped on him and a couple of people said the same. I don't think there is any excuse for that.

"I want players to be committed, win tackles and have a bite, but that is ridiculous and I am very, very angry."
