Halifax boss Chris Wilder has completed the signing of Derby forward Lionel Ainsworth on a month's loan. Ex-England Under-17 star Ainsworth, 19, signed professionally with Derby in 2005 after coming through the academy.
He spent the first half of the season on loan at League One side Bournemouth, but made just seven league appearances.
Meanwhile, midfielder Felix Bastians, 18, is also poised to join on loan from Nottingham Forest after ending a recent loan spell with Northwich.
Ainsworth will remain at The Shay until 18 February.
