Grimsby boss Mike Newell has made three signings in an effort to boost the Mariners chances of avoiding relegation from League Two.
Leeds midfielder Peter Sweeney, 24, moves to Blundell Park on an initial one-month loan deal.
Keeper Jonathan Lund, 21, joins until the end of the season after being released by Leeds.
And Bradford striker Barry Conlon, 30, comes in on a one-month loan deal to bolster the forward line.
