Butler was recently transfer-listed by Saddlers boss Richard Money |
Grimsby Town have finally completed the signing of Walsall striker Martin Butler on a three-month loan with a view to a permanent deal. Butler, 33, would be able to join the Mariners permanently in January when the transfer window reopens.
He had been transfer-listed by the Saddlers earlier this month.
Butler, whose Walsall contract had been due to expire next summer, rejected a switch to Peterborough before the last transfer window closed in August.
