"It was a poor result for us and I'm very disappointed," he told BBC Sport.

"Their penalty looked soft. We had James Grady barged and there was the same if not more contact but that would just be grasping at straws.

"It was a test of character to come back from that and the players did not respond. We have let ourselves down big style with that performance."
