Grays Athletic manager Wayne Burnett feels his side need to be more clinical in front of goal.
Grays drew 0-0 at Stevenage on Tuesday and Burnett told BBC Essex his team had to start converting their chances.
"We're starting to gel better but we just need to be a bit more threatening in front of goal," he said.
"Up until the final third we did OK, but we maybe ran out of ideas and our attacking sense wasn't great, but we'll get there."
Nevertheless, the Grays boss was pleased with his player's efforts in picking up just their second haul of points away from home this season.
"When you're down the bottom and fighting for your lives you put your body on the line and that's what we've done," he said.
"We worked incredibly hard, competed and we're happy to get a point."
