Tamworth and Grays have settled their differences over the transfer of defender Tom Kemp to the Essex club. Grays announced on Wednesday that Kemp had signed on a two-and-a-half-year deal - but the Lambs initially refused to release his Conference registration.
Tamworth had paid Lincoln City 15,000 for the 19-year-old in January after a successful loan spell with them.
But they have now agreed to release his registration, and he played for Grays in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Weymouth.
Tamworth have announced that they have "drawn a line under the events of the past few weeks" - but insist the club have recouped all money with regard to the affair.
