Daish backs young Sodje to shine
Gravesend & Northfleet boss Liam Daish is backing striker Onome Sodje, 18, to become the next member of his family to make it as a Football League player.

Onome's uncles Sam, Efe and Akpo play with Reading, Southend and Port Vale.

After two goals in his last two games, Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "I've seen a difference in him from last season.

"He's settled here, come to terms with where he's at and he's enjoying his football. He works very hard and he looks up to Charlie MacDonald a lot."
