Gillingham boss Andy Hessenthaler threatens changes
Hessenthaler is in his second spell in charge of Gillingham
Gillingham boss Andy Hessenthaler says he will be making some big changes to his side - unless they can get back to winning ways at Hereford on Saturday.
Gills 1-0 defeat to Southend on Tuesday means they have picked up just one point from their last four games.
Hessenthlaer told BBC Radio Kent: "I think it's people not performing - simple as that.
"It's got to change, and it's got to change very quickly. We may have to juggle the pack."
He added: "If people aren't going to start doing their jobs properly for 90 plus minutes, then we need to get players that are going to, because we need to start winning games again.
There's not pressure after eight games because it's a long season

"Where is the Gillingham player going in there, busting his backside to get in there and score a goal? Why are we not doing that?"
Hessenthaler's side conceded a late goal to lose 1-0 to Southend, despite the Shrimpers playing the last 25 minutes with 10 men.
Gillingham had made their best start to the season in 16 years, but they have since slipped to 13th in League Two - having failed to register a win since Saturday, 20 August at home to Plymouth.
However, Hessenthaler insisted he was not feeling under any pressure.
"There's not pressure after eight games because it's a long season," he said.
"There's always pressure in football management. The players are putting pressure on themselves at the moment because we're not winning games.
"We've got to win our next two games - it's as simple as that, because we're not winning games.
"We've got to go and win at Hereford and we've got to at home to Burton. If we do that we'll be three points off our target - which won't be the end of the world."
