Crofts was first called up by Wales in 2005 but has since fallen out of favour

Gillingham's transfer-listed midfielder Andrew Crofts has been left out of the Wales squad for their friendly against Denmark on Wednesday.

The 24-year-old has not started a match for the Gills since he was last with the Wales squad in mid-October.

On his return to Kent, he was stripped of the captaincy and has featured only twice as a substitute in six weeks.

The Gills youth-team product has played over 180 times for the club and has won 12 international caps.
