Gillingham boss Mark Stimson says he is holding talks with Stevenage Borough goalkeeper Alan Julian.

The 25-year-old is available on a free transfer and was at Priestfield for talks on Thursday morning.

Stimson told the Gills website: "There are a couple of other League clubs interested and he is going to go away and think about what we have offered."

Meanwhile, defender Danny Cullip, 31, is to leave the Gills after opting not to sign the new deal they offered him.
