Gillingham manager Mark Stimson wants his players to concentrate on the simple aspects of their game as they bid to stay in League One. The Gills lost 4-0 to Hartlepool on Saturday and remain in the relegation zone with 11 games to go.
"Don't try anything spectacular. We need an eight out of 10, like Adam Miller," Stimson told BBC Radio Kent.
"If eight players play like Adam Miller we won't be in this position but if we've only got one or two we will be."
