Luke Freeman may not by the last teenager Gillingham sell to the Premier League if the League One club have anything to do with it. Children as young as nine are involved in the club's youth set-up and Academy head Mark Patterson is already hoping to find the next Luke Freeman.
Patterson said: "We are always looking for that special one.
"A lot of our work is done by word of mouth. We have coaching centres who provide players from the ages of 9-16."
Freeman, 15, who became the youngest player in FA Cup history when he came on against Barnet in November, completed his move to Arsenal on Wednesday for an undisclosed six-figure fee.
