Gillingham boss Mark Stimson has made midfielder Stuart Thurgood's move from Grays Athletic permanent. The 26-year-old had joined the Gills on loan in November, but is now contracted until the summer of 2009.
Also making his loan move permanent is Fisher Athletic striker Leroy Griffiths, 31, who has signed a deal running until the end of the season.
Stimson had previously tied up the double signing of John Nutter and Adam Miller from his old club Stevenage.
Defender Nutter, 25, has now signed a deal running until 2009, while midfielder Miller, 25, is now tied to the Priestfield club until 2010.
