Veteran midfielder Nicky Southall has left Nottingham Forest to rejoin Gillingham for a third time. The 35-year-old has signed a two-and-a-half year deal at Priestfield and said: "It is a dream come true.
"To be back here at this stage of my career is the right move for me. I have been keeping an eye on how the team has been doing and their league position."
Southall played 295 games for Gillingham between 1997 and 2001 and from 2002 to 2005.
