Jarvis has been targeted by several clubs including Plymouth |
Gillingham chairman Paul Scally has confirmed that two formal offers have been made for midfielder Matt Jarvis. Jarvis, 20, recently turned down the offer of a new contract, and Scally told BBC Radio Kent: "Lots of people have looked at him.
"I hope he stays with Gillingham for another year or two, then he'll be ready to go on, hopefully with us but if not, with a top Premiership side.
"I don't think he's ready for that yet, but he's improving match by match."
Plymouth boss Ian Holloway revealed in November that he had had an offer for Jarvis turned down.
