League One side Gillingham have signed Sheffield United striker Gary Mulligan and Cardiff City frontman Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu on free transfers. Mulligan, 21, impressed the Gills during a 13-game loan spell between February and April.
The club have also signed left midfielder Luke Howell on a full-term contract from the youth team.
And in a busy day for the club, assistant manager Mick Doherty has signed a new two-year contract.
